First, remove all unnecessary clutter from your blog that might be distracting or irrelevant to the type of audience you are expecting. After a while, you will find that you have gained new experience which you can now apply properly to older content. This is not a rewrite of old content but more a polishing up off what you already have in there.
By updating the content the next thing you want to look at is your keywords used on the blog entry. By now you would have investigated and learn more about search engine optimisation which can help you to fine-tune your keyword selection. In the beginning, it does not matter much until you have built-up a good archive of content and your blog has grown but at this stage, this type of refreshment might be what you need.
